Terry Hancock, has spent an entire working life in warehousing and distribution. He joined the company in 2004 directly from a major importer.

His expertise lies principally in his excellent "people skills" and his wealth of experience in the sector. Adaptable and dependable, he can be called upon to deal with any situation whatsoever and often deals with surges in workload - with his usual calm.
