Ashley Mahon
Contract Supervisor

Prior to joining the company, Ashley worked as a warehouse supervisor covering both the goods in shift and the picking shift at a local computer company.  He joined us in 2017 to manage the despatch shift of a new utility contract we had just won.  Initially he had a team of 5 to manage, however over the next few years this expanded to a team of 22.  Ashley manages the team very well and ensures that all goods are despatched on time and in full. This has been a very challenging role at times, and Ashley has always managed to hit SLA/KPI’s and often gone over and above to achieve this. On an average shift he oversees more than 10,000 units picked, packed and out the door in time for the trunker.  In his spare time, he enjoys reading thriller novels, watching football and supports Villa.

Dorota Kwaitkowska

Initially starting as an agency worker picking on a major account, we saw great potential in Dot and swiftly offered her a permanent role.  Over the next few years, she undertook many warehousing roles including picking, packing, unloading containers and rework.  When we won a major contract in 2016, we decided to promote from within and offered the role to Dot.  Since then, she has taken full responsibility for the accounts SLA/KPI’s and ensures all retail orders are built to spec and labelling accordingly.  Our first experience of a ‘Black Friday sale’ came from this account and Dot managed the sharp uplift beautifully.  A conscientious, reliable employee we are happy to have lead our team. Outside of work Dot enjoys spending time with her dogs and taking them to the park.  She also spends time with her husband and sons and enjoys cooking and reading.
