Meet The Team
Paul Ponsonby

Paul has spent a lifetime in the transport industry, previously in the family company; working his way through all departments before branching out on his own in 1998. The experience gained along the way, allowed him the insight to know exactly where he wanted the company to focus. He is a strong believer in the power of presentation and passionately believes first impressions are vital in the sales and marketing effort. He is a great advocate of building strong relations with clients and staff alike. On a day to day basis, he works closely with senior staff and is always on hand to share advice or draw upon operational experience where necessary. Away from work, he is a keen traveller and particularly enjoys, cycling, skiing, watching sport and reading.

She has a calm, focussed and diligent approach to all tasks. She forms strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, ensuring we have enduring relationships with clients and a happy and settled workforce. In reflection of these skills, she was promoted to Director in 2007.  Many of our award submissions were at her instigation and their resultant success.   Her hands-on approach ensures there is little in the company which escapes her attention and demonstrates an instinctive understanding of the company aims and aspirations. During this time she has laid the foundations of the entire company support system, which has served us so well. Away from work the Mother of two enjoys foreign holidays, reading, walking, and good food.
